About Sarah

Sarah Taylor is a meditation teacher and Reiki Master who has spent more than 20 years helping people think more intuitively and clearly, and feel more like themselves. Her well-being and meditation programs have reached teams at OpenAI, Shout! Factory, Radial Entertainment, GrandSon Entertainment, Create Advertising, and beyond.

At the heart of Sarah’s work is a simple invitation: to slow down and reconnect with what is most essential. Through meditation, contemplative practice, and Reiki, she helps people find the inner steadiness from which clarity, creativity, resilience, and a more grounded way of living and working naturally emerge.

A former stand-up comedian, Sarah brings warmth, humor, and compassion to every session. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, she understands neurodivergent and highly sensitive nervous systems from the inside, and creates a welcoming atmosphere where people feel at ease. Even those who arrive skeptical usually leave asking when she'll be back.
