A deeply restorative, in person group experience designed to help employees step out of constant mental activity and reconnect with themselves.
The room is quiet. The lights are dimmed. Participants are guided through meditation while receiving gentle Reiki energy, creating an opportunity for the nervous system to settle and the body to enter a state of deep rest.
People often leave feeling calmer, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to what matters most. Many describe the experience as unlike anything they have encountered in a traditional workplace wellness program.
Ideal as a monthly or quarterly wellbeing offering, or as a regular weekly reset during particularly demanding seasons.

A recurring meditation program that helps employees develop a sustainable meditation practice while strengthening emotional resilience, self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and presence.
Each session includes guided meditation, practical teaching, and time for reflection and integration. As the practice deepens, participants often report greater clarity, improved focus, increased emotional balance, and a stronger ability to navigate challenges without becoming overwhelmed.

A Four or Six Week Series.
A structured introductory program designed for employees who want to establish a consistent meditation practice but aren’t sure where to begin.Over four or six weeks, participants learn practical meditation techniques, understand how to work with a busy mind, build confidence in their practice, and discover ways to integrate mindfulness into everyday life.
This series provides the foundation many people need before transitioning into an ongoing meditation program. It is typically offered live on Zoom, though an in-person series can also be arranged.
About Sarah
Sarah Taylor is a meditation teacher and Reiki Master who has spent more than 20 years helping people think more intuitively and clearly, and feel more like themselves. Her well-being and meditation programs have reached teams at OpenAI, Shout! Factory, Radial Entertainment, GrandSon Entertainment, Create Advertising, and beyond.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is a simple invitation: to slow down and reconnect with what is most essential. Through meditation, contemplative practice, and Reiki, she helps people find the inner steadiness from which clarity, creativity, resilience, and a more grounded way of living and working naturally emerge.
A former stand-up comedian, Sarah brings warmth, humor, and compassion to every session. As someone who is neurodivergent herself, she understands neurodivergent and highly sensitive nervous systems from the inside, and creates a welcoming atmosphere where people feel at ease. Even those who arrive skeptical usually leave asking when she'll be back.
