Getting Started is Easy:
Select Your Plan: Click the Sign Up button under your chosen plan.
Complete Payment: You'll be redirected to PayPal to finalize your payment.
Sharing the Transmissions: If you're sharing the Transmissions with someone else or are not the intended recipient, please email me with the recipient name(s) and specify how you'd like the Transmissions divided. For example: “Two for Jen (weeks 1 and 3) and two for Tom (weeks 2 and 4).” If you're the sole recipient, no further action is needed after completing your subscription.
Intentions for the Transmissions: If you have a specific issue you'd like the transmissions to address - for example, ‘health’ or ‘relationships’ - please email me with your intention, and I will incorporate it when sending your Transmission.
Transmission Schedule: Your Transmissions will begin on the next Wednesday or Saturday, depending on your selected plan, after your subscription is processed.

Your healing Transmissions will take place between 8 AM and 10 AM Pacific Time* on Wednesdays and Saturdays, depending on your chosen plan:
Starter Healing Plan: Transmissions occur on the first Wednesday of every month.
Radiant Flow Plan: Transmissions occur on the first and third Wednesdays of each month.
Vibrant Thriving Plan: Transmissions occur on the first, second, third, and fourth Wednesdays of each month.
Transformational Healing Plan: Transmissions occur on the first, second, third, and fourth Wednesdays and Saturdays of each month.
*If I need to change the time due to travel, you will be notified; however, Pacific Time will be the default.

Here’s how to receive the energy healing:
Transmission Day: At the scheduled date and time, the energy healing will be sent to you (and any specified recipients). There’s no need to log into a live event or Zoom call. Simply be open to receive.
Preparation (Optional): To deepen your experience, consider setting an intention for the transmission—such as focusing on a specific area of your life where you seek clarity, healing, or transformation. You may also find a quiet space to sit or lie down at any point during the window of time to tune in consciously, but this is optional.
Post-Session: The healing may create immediate or gradual shifts, depending on your unique journey. Take note of any changes or insights that arise over the following days. Journaling and meditative inquiry can be supportive for integration.

No, there’s no Zoom or live call involved. The Transmission is sent energetically, and you’ll receive it wherever you are.

It’s entirely up to you! You can set aside quiet time to relax, meditate, or simply go about your day.
If you have a specific issue you'd like the Transmissions to address - such as health, relationships or your spiritual practice - you can email me with your intention, and I’ll incorporate it into the Transmission. -
The Transmission will still reach you. If you miss the scheduled time, set an intention to connect with the Transmission later - it’s effective regardless of whether you’re actively aware during the session.

Yes, remote healing can be just as effective as in-person sessions. Energy is not limited by physical space - it flows where it’s needed, with your openness as the key factor. And once you’ve received the Transmission, your system recognizes it and opens more.

Everyone receives the Transmission uniquely, depending on what your system needs. Some people don’t sense it happening but notice gradual, positive changes in their lives. Others may feel pronounced sensations, emotions, or a sense of peace during or after the Transmission.
Changes might be immediate or unfold gradually. Having a regular spiritual or meditation practice can help you notice and integrate these subtle shifts more easily.

After the window of time, it can be helpful to drink water and give yourself space to process - although this isn’t imperative. Journaling or meditating can also support you in integrating the healing energy and bringing awareness to any themes being addressed within the Transmission.

To change your plan, cancel your current subscription on PayPal and then re-subscribe to the new plan on my website. Be sure to complete this process before the next billing cycle to avoid overlapping charges.
