We’ll begin by resting together in the field of presence, giving body, mind, and heart space to settle. From there, we’ll explore where you’re at, including any challenges you’re encountering. We’ll focus on what feels most relevant in your spiritual unfolding, healing, and how you’re living what you know to be true right now.
As the session unfolds, we’ll move into energy healing, honoring the intuitive guidance that comes forward for both of us. I always encourage connection with the body and may guide you through gentle somatic focusing.
Throughout the session, I may invite you to share your direct experience, and we may explore inquiry or dialogue as the healing energy flows. Some sessions include periods of silence; others are more conversational.
I’ll intuitively tune in and offer impressions, messages, or guidance as they arise. Every session is unique and deeply attuned to where you are in that moment.
We’ll conclude with time for integration, rest, and any intuitive pointers that feel helpful to carry forward.

This session does not include energy work, but offers direct, clear support for your spiritual path through insight, presence, and attuned guidance. We’ll explore where you’re at and any potential challenges you feel you’re encountering in your spiritual unfoldment.
We’ll invite present contractions to come forth so they can unwind in the space of compassionate, awake awareness. Throughout the session, I’ll gently ask you to share your direct experience, and we may do somatic inquiry about what’s here. We may also meditate and sit in silence together.
We’ll conclude the session with gentle integration and practices you can take into the days ahead.
Many people work with me on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for ongoing support. This session can also be used as a periodic check-in.
